The objective? To really allow them to get more of a holistic, bird’s eye view of some of the company’s other engagements and touch-points with our customers that they’re not directly involved in, and also for them to gain more of an insight into our customer’s world, their pain points and day to day difficulties, and what we can do to alleviate them. We believe enabling our people to see the bigger picture, whether they’re working with customers face to face, over the phone, or from a keyboard is absolutely key when it comes to delivering a truly great customer experience.
