Cut-off time temporarily changing to 4.30pm

Important announcement! Our phone order cut-off time is temporarily changing to 4.30pm

As you know, the whole HVAC sector is currently extremely busy, leading to unprecedented demand for install materials. Therefore, we need to make a temporary change to our order cut-off time. For customers placing orders by phone, the current cut-off is 5.00pm daily, but we will be moving to a 4.30pm cut-off, starting from Monday 13th July.

This will continue to the end of August. However, Email, Web and WhatsApp orders will remain as a 5.00pm cut-off.

This has been necessary to maintain our high service levels through this period of extremely high demand. We are putting in place processes that will enable us to manage the higher levels of demand, but these require some time to implement.

We really appreciate your continued support during this time.
